This is a new library type that can be used to add Markups or Discounts based on the selection made. Use example: Production Speed options that add a markup for faster delivery. Apply a Markup/Discount to the final product cost. This can be done as a straight percentage or based on the quantity ordered. If the product cost has been adjusted for a specific Portal, this will be displayed on the Order Detail page reflecting the Base Cost, MU/Discount percentage and Adjustment amount. Offer quotes between any minimum/maximum quantity range. Customizable templates that your customers can design and order. Designated portal users can be given “Portal Manager” status allowing visibility to all Active Orders, Order History, Reporting and more for their Portal.
Create new pages on your store that can be used for any purpose. This new library offers a better way to manage all the paper for Format II products. Allows for more accurate paper calculations on multi-page products. Paper costs are managed from a single location that adjusts pricing in all products globally. Eliminates the need to create individual paper libraries for each product. This new Portal structure has all the features and benefits of the Private Customer Portals except NO portal code login is required. This means each Open Portal is a stand-alone storefront that can be accessed directly or embedded into any other website. Each Open Portal can reflect the products and pricing from your main Rocketquotes storefront or offer an entirely different product line and pricing structure. This is a new type of Library only available in Format II at this time. This Library is for information gathering only. It has no calculation capabilities.
